Melinda Somogyi, Managing Partner         

After completing her studies at the Budapest University of Economics, Melinda gained her qualification first as a tax adviser, then as an auditor. She has worked as financial director for a large Hungarian company where she was responsible for the areas of accounting and taxation, as well as the development and installation of accounting systems. Melinda acquired 20 years of experience as an auditor at a reputable auditing firm of an international professional network. Her auditing activities included audit of annual reports of companies and responsibility for the group audit of international corporations.  In addition to auditing she has significant professional experience in the transformation of companies and international taxation.

 

Zsolt Szalai Dr., Managing Partner  

After his studies in Hungary and England he has fulfilled upper management roles in banks, investment companies and not-for-profit organisations during the last three decades. During his carrier he has gained wide range of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, project finance and innovation management. Adjunct professor on Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Budapest, Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary and Bakke Graduate University.   Since 2016 he is chairman of the Association of Christian Businessmen and Leaders.

 János Illéssy Dr.

His theoretical background is accompanied by a long career in executive leadership. János conducted engineering studies in Hungary (MSc) and financial studies in the US (MBA, PhD). He then was serving as CFO for public companies like Pannonplast Nyrt or BorsodChem Nyrt, and the bank of BNP-Paribas Hungary. He is the chairman of Magyar Telekom Nyrt's Audit Committee. János has been doing financial consulting in his own business since 2008 and teaches financial economics in various MBA programs at Corvinus (Budapest), Steinbeis (Berlin), or formerly at CEU (Budapest). He has been working with TARI® since 2007. János is the former chairman of Christian Businessmen's Committee Hungary (KEVE) where he is still active.  János Tomka Dr.

Electrical engineer and teacher, eraned his PhD in management and organisational development. Between 1993−2014 he worked at KPMG in different upper management positions. Head of the Leadership Department of Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Budapest. Member of the Knowledge Management Committee of the Hungarain Academy of Science, the Hungarain Academy of Engineering and the Hungarian Association of Executives. Member of KEVE and was chariman between 1994−2004. He has written several books and articles and held many lectures on the topic of Bible and management. János Tomka provides leadership advisory, mentoring and mediation services.
